I did Biomedical Sciences at university and took Biology, Chemistry and German at A-level (with Religious Studies at AS-Level). Obviously it was only Biology and Chemistry that were relevant to the degree!

I found this website quite useful for finding out which subjects are generally preferred: https://www.whatuni.com/advice/research-and-prep/biomedical-sciences-entry-requirements/102214/

It says “Universities will want you to have studied one science-based subject, while others may ask for two. These can include applied science, chemistry, physics, maths, biology or human biology, with some unis wanting a grade B or above. General studies and critical thinking subjects are typically not accepted.”

I did Biological Sciences at Imperial College London. I needed Biology, and at least one of Chemistry, Maths or Physics. I did Chemistry and Maths and found them both useful, but I didn’t do Physics.
